Principal Zavislak Law P.C.
Specializing in technology law and bespoke litigation.

Introduction

With a combined ten years of in-house legal experience at Google and Waymo, Mark Zavislak has the experience needed to advise on the toughest intellectual property issues facing technology companies. He has provided legal advice in a variety of circumstances, from friendly transactions to adversarial conflict, and from avoiding litigation to preparing for and engaging in it.

Before beginning to practice law, Mark was a senior software engineer at Google. As a lawyer, Mark gained first-hand experience applying technology to prevail in disputes and position clients for success on issues arising under copyright, patent, and trade secret laws. Mark’s wealth of experience in both law and software enable him to rapidly synthesize advice to apply a nuanced approach to the intersection of law and code.

Outside of technology law, Mark also maintains a bespoke litigation practice focusing on clients with unique legal issues whose resolution are likely to result in the significant development of new case law.
